- Log into your Ooooby account and, in the top right, press the Orders button
- In the window that pops up on the right side, click on the Manage orders button
- On the Upcoming Orders page, click on the Skip orders button
- In the Skip an order pop-up window, select the order you would like to skip, and click on the corresponding Skip button
- Remember to press Save changes at the end!
