It was our first harvest of rhubarb on Friday 1 March, the earliest fruit in the season and a colourful marker of spring’s beginning. We sent this small harvest to Palm Greens for their residency at the Hornbeam Cafe, and look forward to the abundant stems getting fatter and longer over the next few months.
