Cayenne peppers are the herbalists’ favourite. These chillies are 15-25 cm long, thick and sometimes elaborately curled. Believed to have been bred in Italy, they were brought to us by Jonny, an OrganicLea member, who lived in Australia and acquired them courtesy of an heirloom seed company there, making them currently our only representative of the Oceania continent.
