1tbsp sesame oil 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 red chilli, chopped (to taste) 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 medium red cabbage (or half large one), thinly sliced 1 onion sliced 8g chopped walnuts 3 tbsp dry sherry (optional) 1 ½ tbsp soya sauce Pinch caster sugar and a pinch of sea salt
Heat the sesame oil in a wok on a medium to high heat, add the garlic, chilli and mustard seeds and stir til the mustard seeds begin to pop, be careful not to burn the garlic. Add the cabbage, onions and walnuts, keep stirring and cook on a high heat for a minute or two. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir well and serve.
