Call it bruschetta or kale on toast, this is simple, quick, cheap, healthy fare.
In a wide pan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and heat gently. Add 2 handfuls of chopped cavolo nero, 1 clove garlic finely chopped, chopped chilli to taste, and a handful of chopped tomatoes. Stir until the kale wilts then season well with salt & pepper.
Toast some good hearty bread and drizzle a little olive oil on each slice. Top with the cavelo nero and serve.
