Orange and coriander salad

Yes, that’s not a misprint! For some reason the flavours in this unusual salad just work. Very refreshing – perfect for a ‘bring on the summer’ ritual!

Instructions

Mix up a bag of salad leaves (rocket or something spicy is best), a handful of coriander leaves, 3 oranges (peeled and sliced), and some walnuts (or hazels). Dress with a mix of lemon juice (or orange juice), rose water (optional) and olive oil. Salt and ground pepper to taste.
