Lea Valley food growing cooperative

Organiclea is a workers' cooperative growing food in the Lea Valley on London's edge.

We believe more food can and should be grown locally and sustainably. We have our own site, Hawkwood Plant Nursery, where we grow vegetables, fruit, herbs and vegetable seedlings, in the glasshouse and the fields, offering opportunities for all to get involved.

As well as growing, we distribute and promote access to locally grown food and plants, and support others to grow their own food through sharing skills and resources. We have a base at the Hornbeam Centre where a Saturday market stall and a midweek box scheme can provide you with fresh organic fruit and vegetables and homebaked bread every week.
